Terms and Conditions for Kloee Chantelle Lash Academy (KCLA)

1. Product Sales:

All product sales are subject to availability.
Product descriptions and prices are subject to change.
Returns are accepted for unused products in their original condition within a specified period.


2. Training Services:

KCLA offers online and in-person training services.
Bookings are confirmed upon payment receipt.
KCLA requires 14 full working days’ notice to cancel or reschedule training.
No refunds are offered for any cancelled training.


3. Rescheduling Policy:

More than 14 working days’ notice incurs a £50 Rescheduling Fee.
Training rescheduling is subject to availability within 3 months of the original date.
Rescheduling is confirmed upon payment of the Rescheduling Fee.


4. Training Kit/Product Returns:

Unused kits/products can be returned.
The determination of product condition is at KCLA’s discretion.


5. Special Circumstances:

Alternative assessment methods for lash courses may be permitted in specific cases.
Notification of illness or inability to attend must be communicated as soon as possible.
The Rescheduling Fee applies in cases of illness, including COVID-19.


6. Data Protection:

KCLA complies with UK data protection laws.
Customer data is collected, stored, and used in accordance with these laws.


7. Right to Reschedule or Cancel:

KCLA reserves the right to reschedule or cancel training at its discretion.


8. Superseding Clause:

These terms supersede any previous policy and apply to all training.


9. Changes to Terms:

KCLA reserves the right to modify these terms.
